Each route available on our platform comes with carefully prepared navigation materials and a detailed travel plan, ensuring your adventures are fully tailored to your needs and desires.

How does the Navigation Package work?

1. Select a Route and Pay Online After choosing your desired cycling route, simply add it to your cart on our website. Payments are processed securely and quickly via the Monri Payments system.
2. Payment Confirmation After completing the transaction, you will receive two emails:
   • First Email: Payment confirmation and invoice.
   • Second Email: Once our team verifies the payment, you will receive an email with links to download your Navigation Pack.

What’s Included in the Navigation Pack?

1. GPX Route File: Suitable for use on Garmin devices, mobile applications, or online navigation platforms like Komoot and Ride with GPS.
2. QR Code Linking to Ride with GPS Mobile App: Access the route in the app with all navigation features unlocked and free, including active turn-by-turn navigation (voice or visual guidance). The app is user-friendly, offering numerous settings, display options, and on-the-go assistance.
3. PDF Travel Plan Presentation:
   • Detailed descriptions of each destination along the route.
   • Recommendations for accommodations and restaurants to enjoy local specialties.
   • A route map highlighting destinations and attractions.
   • Reliable bike rental locations.

Payment with Cards

You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro payment cards. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.

When placing an online order, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the Monri Pay bank page, which is secure and protected for this type of payment. At no point are your card details accessible to our system.

On this page, you will need to enter the following information: card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code, which can be found on your card.

When entering your card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.

The confidentiality of your information is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. The pages for online payment are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption. SSL encryption is a method of data encryption to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.
This ensures secure information transfer and prevents unauthorized access to the data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access.
The Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and MasterCard regulations.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and they are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

At no point are the payment card details available to our system.

Data entry and verification are performed exclusively between the card user and the Monri Pay bank. The online merchant does not have access to the exchanged data.

Payments cannot be made in foreign currencies, only in BAM (Bosnian Convertible Marks). Payments are possible with cards issued by domestic and foreign banks.

All payments will be made in BAM. If payment is made with cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the settlement currency of the bank (EUR). When your payment card is charged, the converted amount will be further converted into your local currency, based on the exchange rate applied by card operators. The price listed in currencies other than BAM on the website is for informational purposes only, and due to the mentioned conversions, discrepancies may occur.

Customers using the online card payment service through the Aksa online store must meet the following conditions:
