In the south of Herzegovina, where the rivers Trebižat, Bregava and Krupa join the Neretva, is located the city of water, sun, stone and flowers, Flower of Herzegovina - Čapljina.
Čapljina, thanks to its geographical position, is located at an important intersection of roads. In Čapljina, two regional roads, two main roads, a railway line and the car-road corridor Vc intersect.
Its location, abundance of water, fertile land and mild climate have long attracted people who have lived in these areas since the Bronze Age. Living in this area, they built dwellings that today are significant cultural and historical monuments not only for the area of Čapljina, but also beyond.
The urban part of Čapljina is characterized by wide streets, squares, boulevards, greenery, parks, tree rows, parks, flower alleys, playgrounds...
We who live today are building the city with great care, taking into account the beauty and harmony of the space, which is what Čapljina is known for. That is why Čapljina is rightly called the Flower of Herzegovina.
Dear friends, welcome to Čapljina-Cvijet Herzegovina.
